We work with you to create:

Sustainability-Focused Leadership that

Drives & Measures Environmental Efficiency

And Improves Employee Engagement

What green+seen is about

We are a team of enthusiastic experts with high principles and clear goals. We bring innovation and in-depth analysis of your energy and people efficiency; reducing utility bills, engaging staff, and making business sustainable, aligned with goals, and robust in facing the compliance and engagement challenges of 2023+. We are here to help you measure and report regularly and transparently on your ESG initiatives.

An ESG Health-Check

We work alongside our clients’ people, processes and contexts to understand their relationship with the Environment/CSR, and how this relationship is manifest in their business contexts. We offer an ESG health-check audit to assess your strengths and areas which need improvement. We work to audit and evaluate the numbers and narrative supporting client’s programmes, and how the organisation communicates with its stakeholders; we ensure that this aligns with your brand.

Strategy Roadmap

We ask how policies are being acted upon within the business; we then form a picture that helps us work to measure & deliver our Client’s potential to lever CSR & environmental programmes, and the many environmental, employee engagement, and cost benefits associated with this. The Journey to environmental efficiency, and to the return on your investment in consultancy, is roadmapped via a series of wins - First year ROI, 2-3 Year ROI, 3-5 Year ROI.

ROI Roadmap & Reporting/CSRD Frameworks

Reporting requirements and ongoing measurement / audit processes are designed into client’s CSR plans as required. Clients may decide to embark on completing ISO certifications, and we support this process by providing independent certification, and associated training. The upcoming Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive illustrates the need for business to provide  reliable data which can be benchmarked by sector and by region; we are here to help prepare you for compliance.

OUR WORK VALUES &

OUR LIFE VALUES

We care about society, and the environment. We believe in values-driven CSR programmes that reflect company culture, employees’ lives, and broader aspects of themes such as climate change, employee engagement, diversity, etc.

And yes, we walk our talk... green+seen uses 100% renewable electricity, measures water use (1/3 the average UK per person consumption), is committed to zero food waste, commits to 12 charity volunteer days per person each year, has been driving electric cars since 2015 (we are on our third). We procure 100% renewable energy, and we have installed solar panels / a battery / an air source heat pump. Finally, we restrict any business flight activity.
